Comcast is the worst.

Beavis and Butthead from Comcast arrive, set up the TV reception but after 2 hours of trying give up on getting me connected. They tell me someone will be out "tomorrow before noon".
I call Comcast at 1 pm. I am put on hold LITERALLY for 30 minutes listening to "unusually high call volume" music that slowly drives me insane. When I finally get an operator, I am DISCONNECTED.

I call back, wait another 30 minutes, get an operator, tell her the issue and she...TRANSFERS ME! Another fricken half hour wait and another DISCONNECTION.

Of course I am on a cell phone and it's the end of the month and I am GOING OVER my plan. I am about to leap into the receiver and play a little touch-tone heimlich with the next operator. When I finally get one I immediately ask for a supervisor. Another long wait and then the result: no one has heard of me.
I repeat the promise made (I'm reading directly from the work order!) and the supervisor apologies and says someone will be the next day before 5pm.
You guessed it, at 6pm I call again. This time the recording I reach says that "disconnects have been occuring" and to "have patience". I'd like to have patience but instead I am BECOMING a patient in a mental hellhole. The next supervisor I talk to has not heard of me! It's like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is screwing! I've lost two days of work, my phone bill is astronomical and I STILL don't have Internet connection. I am literally screaming into the IVR system.
When CC (short for ..well, let's not go there) finally straightens their paperwork out, I get someone out on Saturday who fixes the stupid connection in 5 minutes. WHY WHY WHY does Comcast put its customer through this crap?!
